Gloria Mitchell was born December 25th, 1946 in the Island of Jamaica. Shortly, after accepting Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at the age of eighteen February 26th, 1964, Gloria Mitchell was called to the mission field. She was encouraged by her pastor to attend bible college and after having an impactful dream she decided to attend the Bethel Bible College where she obtained a Christian Education Certificate. During her studies at Bethel Bible College she went into the community witnessed to people and canvassed for children in the community for Sunday school, Y.P.E. and children’s choir. Once she graduated from Bethel Bible College Gloria Mitchell began her ministry as an evangelist. Her first overseas appointment took her to the Cayman Islands in 1969, where she held a one week revival service for Rev. Herro Blair.
